  • Completion of open offer on the basis of one offer share for every ten existing shares of Ausnutria
  • Completion of the acquisition of the residual 49% equity interest in Ausnutria Hyproca

2014
  • The Group acquired a parcel of land in Heerenveen, the Netherlands, for construction of new production facilities to further expand the production capacity, and is expected to commence operation in 2016.
  • Joint ventures with independent third parties for the sale of Kabrita series in the United States and Canada.
  • Further cooperates with the medical school of Beijing University in the establishment of human breast milk bank.
  • The fourth generation of Allnutria series products of Ausnutria China has been awarded the second prize of Changsha City Science and Technology Progress Award.
  • The Technology Centre of Ausnutria China was granted the Provincial-level Enterprise Technology Centre by Hunan Economic and Information Technology Commission.
  • Three of the subsidiaries of Ausnutria incorporated in the Netherlands were included in the first batch of registered overseas dairy products that were granted the registrations for exporting their products to the PRC.
2013
  • The High Technology Enterprise recognition of Ausnutria China was renewed for another 3 years.

2012
  • The Group entered into an agreement with the medical school of Beijing University to form a 10-year strategic cooperation for the joint research and development of paediatric milk formula in the PRC.
  • Joint ventures with independent third parties for the sale of Kabrita series in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
2011
  • Acquisition of 51% equity interest in Hyproca Dairy Group which has over 100 years of history
  • Launched the Group's first goat milk infant formula "Kabrita" in the PRC
2010
  • Ausnutria Dairy (China) Co., Ltd. ("Ausnutria China"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ausnutria, was designated as a High Technology Enterprise by the Hunan Provincial Science & Technology Department, the Hunan Provincial Finance Department, the State Tax Bureau of Hunan Province and the Hunan Local Taxation Bureau and was valid for a period of 3 years.
  • Signed letter of intent with Nutribio, begin the milestone of Dual-Brand
2009
  • The first brand of high-end and premium paediatric food which successfully bid the CCTV
  • The first PRC high-end and premium paediatric food enterprise lists in the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong
